Celestine Addo (Founder and Executive Director) is a dynamic Ghanaian educator, legal professional, and social advocate with extensive experience in education, administration, and leadership.

She holds a Bachelor of Education in Accounting from the University of Education, Winneba, and an LLB from GIMPA Law School, complemented by international certifications in Corporate Governance and Sustainability from Utrecht University in the Netherlands and Comparative Law from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg in Austria. Celestine also plays major leadership roles as a Director and Founding Member of the CA Foundation, where she empowers young Ghanaians through civic and constitutional literacy programs, Her background as an Assistant Head Teacher and ICT educator, coupled with her passion for youth empowerment and community development, has shaped her commitment to fostering responsible citizenship and advancing human rights in Ghana. Celestine is a versatile professional dedicated to service, education, and leadership excellence.

Isaac Yeboah Filson (Director of Operations) is a dynamic Ghanaian professional with a strong background in law, business development, administration, and community engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Information Studies from the University of Ghana and LLB from GIMPA Law School, blending academic excellence with strategic leadership as former Majority Speaker of GIMPA LSA congress.

As Executive Director of the National Alliance of Ghana Law Students (NAGLS), Isaac provides visionary leadership, driving initiatives that promote legal education, youth empowerment, and sustainable business growth. His experience spans corporate communication, funding, and NGO development.
A certified project and people management professional with training from institutions in the USA, Netherlands, and Ghana, Isaac is also a passionate advocate for children right, women’s rights, youth development, and community advancement. His work with World Vision International and other social impact initiatives reflects his deep commitment to service, innovation, and building a just and empowered society.

Joyce Xorlali Nunekpeku (Head of Administration) is an enthusiastic and highly reliable administrative professional with extensive experience in office management, records keeping, and organizational coordination. With a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and professional certifications from the HR Certification Centre Institute (HRCI) in Ethical Culture and Integrity Management and Professional in Human Resources (PHRi),
Passionate about continuous learning, ethics, and community development, Joyce Xorlali Nunekpeku remains dedicated to excellence, collaboration, and impactful service.

Kwaku Osei-Mensah is a dedicated legal and finance professional with a strong background in law, accounting, and financial management.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, an MPhil in Finance, and a BSc in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana. Currently a Legal Associate at Lithur Brew & Company and a Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School, he brings expertise in financial law, compliance, and litigation.
His experience includes advising financial institutions, supporting major transactions, and contributing to one of the world’s first carbon credit agreements for e-mobility. An ACCA Affiliate and recipient of the Mensah Sarbah Award for academic excellence, Kwaku is also a Global Prize Winner in Audit and Assurance. His career is marked by analytical rigor, advocacy skills, and a passion for community development through advancing financial and legal innovation in Ghana and beyond.
